1.Service Description

RealiPlan is a personal finance planning tool that provides zero-based budgeting, debt payoff projection (Snowball and Avalanche methods), recurring expense tracking, and AI-assisted budget recommendations. The Service is designed to help individuals and households plan and manage their personal finances.

Important: RealiPlan is a planning and projection tool, not a financial advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.

2.Account Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately at legal@realiplan.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Be at least 13 years of age

3.Subscription and Billing

Free and Paid Plans

RealiPlan may offer a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans with additional functionality. Current plans and pricing are described on our pricing page.

Billing Cycle and Charges

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe, starting on the date you subscribe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee each billing cycle until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Scrape or data-mine the Service without prior written consent
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

5.Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and content, is owned by or licensed to FieldSphere Technologies LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial financial planning purposes.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of the financial data you enter. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Budget projections and debt payoff estimates are mathematical calculations based on data you provide and are not guarantees of future financial outcomes.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FieldSphere Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $50.

8.Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may close your account from app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately and we will delete your personal data within 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements).

9.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Texas for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

10.Dispute Resolution

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@realiplan.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except for individual claims eligible for small claims court.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11.Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
